Rule 49
Period of Conciliation-Related Actions
(1) An organization that performs reconciliation-related actions shall be allowed to perform reconciliation-related actions for three years from the date of approval according to Rule 48.
(2) If the organization performing conciliation work wishes to carry out conciliation work for a period longer than that written in sub-rule (1), at least one month before the end of that period, it shall submit an application to the Council with the following details:-
(a) Details of the case or dispute mediated by your institution,
(b) particulars of the case or dispute which could not be reconciled by his institution,
(c) Details of receipts received for conciliation of cases or disputes,
(d) details regarding renewal of organization registration,
(e) details of conciliators listed in their organization.
(3) When considering the application received according to sub-rule (1), if it is deemed necessary to extend the period of the reconciliation-related work to the organization, the council may extend the period of three years by taking a fee of five hundred rupees.
(4) If the organization that performs the work related to reconciliation whose deadline has been extended according to sub-rule (2) wants to extend the deadline again, it can carry out the procedure related to the extension of the deadline every three years after completing the process of this rule.
(5) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this rule, if the organization performing reconciliation work is not renewed in accordance with the prevailing law, such organization shall not be allowed to perform reconciliation work from the date of non-renewal.
